An absolute gem for the Binghamton area! Rasoi serves delicious authentic Indian food. I found it on par with my favorite Indian restaurants in major metropolitan cities. The accommodation for a food allergy was beyond exceptional. They not only went through the menu detailing what dishes could be eaten, but offered to adapt several menu items without the allergen. They thought of a means of cross-contamination that wasn't considered (the deep-fryer). People with food allergies can feel very safe dining here! There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The Chana masala, my favorite go-to item at Indian restaurants, was very good. We tried the Jhal Muri for the first time, and it was bursting with flavor, a must try appetizer. They can make items for a spicy and mild palate. They even offered to make an off-menu catfish curry for one diner that can't tolerate spice and likes fish. They loved it and hope it's available to be served in the future. Rasoi is a quiet restaurant with a calm ambiance and amazing service. It is a must visit for locals and out of town visitors alike.

Rasoi Bowls in Vestal was a pleasant surprise. It's located a bit out of the way, but once you get there, you'll find a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. They offer a nice variety of Indian, Indo-Chinese, and tandoori dishes. We ordered the chicken tikka, Hakka noodles, methi chaman, and naan. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The chicken tikka and methi chaman were the standout dishes—both were cooked perfectly and packed with delicious flavor. It was clear that care went into preparing each dish. The service was the only slight drawback. It wasn't particularly fast, but the staff was attentive and made sure everything was taken care of, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, the food quality more than made up for the slower service, and I'd definitely recommend giving Rasoi Bowls a try if you're in the area.

Dropped by for a Friday night dinner. Rahul, the owner/chef welcomed us and went over the menu with us. We ordered several dishes including appetizers and mains and drinks. Every single item was so flavorful and delicious. Also, the lemonades are a must-try. Yummy and refreshing.

I enjoyed the restaurant very much. I had the goat, I asked for spicy and that is exactly what I got. I did not pick up. Tears did not come to the eye the spiciness not only was flavorful, but had some heat to it. If you’re not familiar with eating goat, be prepared because goat always has a lot of bone to it. The naan bread is extremely flavorful. As soon as I sat down, the waiter came asking if he wanted any drinks, there was already bottled water on the table, which those of you who regularly read my refused know that I only drink water. The Samosa appetizer was freshly made, and the sauce was two different sauces in the same dish expertly platter. 1/2 was sweet. The other half was spicy. There were five pieces of Samosa, which was plenty for the two of us eating. There’s a 3 foot entryway Which is a typical door size 0 step there’s a handicap wheelchair ramp about 3540 feet away so I would say that the restaurant is easily accessible for those people who have difficult to get in and out. Everything is a table not booth. The bathroom is extremely clean And it is a family bathroom.
